Millotte Design offers a comprehensive range of services to fit the distinct needs of each client and project. No matter the size, each and every project receives our full attention to exceptional service and spectacular design. All of our projects begin with a questionnaire, in which the potential client provides us with as much information as possible, including inspiration pictures and plans if available. This helps us gauge whether our process and aesthetic are a fit for the project. Provided the project seems like a good fit, we will schedule a complimentary 30 minute call. This is an opportunity for our potential clients to share with us their objectives and for our team to discuss how we can help. The next step is to arrange a 90 minute design consultation and tour in the commercial, residential, or event space. We’ll talk through different ideas and take detailed notes and measurements. Millotte Design will follow up with a recap of our meeting, recommend a scope of services, and outline the next steps. We love what we do and we look forward to partnering with you to bring your vision to life!

Interior Design       

  • Design

    • During the Design phase, we work in tandem with your architect and builder to consult on your architectural plans, select interior and exterior finishes, spec hardware, choose lighting fixtures, and design custom cabinetry and trim work.

  • Build Observation

    • We provide ongoing communication and site visits as needed during the build to provide clarity for your general contractor and trades and to ensure our vision is coming together as planned.

  • Decorating

    • With construction underway, we select furnishings, artwork, rugs, window coverings and decor. We take care of ordering and receiving, managing your project from conception to completion.

Staging

  • Organizational Plan: What to keep, what to let go, what to store

  • Design Plan: Cosmetic changes, furniture selection, space layout

  • Complete or Partial Staging of Vacant or Occupied Properties

Event Design

  • Design Plan: Color Palette, Theme, Layout

  • Selection, Procurement and Installation of Design Elements:

    • Furniture, Lighting, Floral, Signage, Tableware, Linens and Textiles, Stationery and Printed Items, Customized Branding, Décor, Favors, Etc.
